Preliminary Matters:

The Obion County Board of Education will meet June 28, 2010 at Central Office at 7:30 a.m.

Consent Agenda (Item VI.):

The consent agenda consists of the monthly personnel report and the monthly financial reports/business activity. Board Policy #1.108 provides, in part, “whenever a person is considered…for initial employment…and that person is related to…an administrator in the system...the fact of the relationship shall be publicly made know to the Board prior to the employment of such person.” Ms. Amanda Haynes is the niece of Ms. Melinda McCullough, principal of Hillcrest Elementary. Ms. Debbie Capps is the wife of Mr. Don Capps, the recently appointed principal of Ridgemont Elementary.

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of all items listed on the consent agenda.
